Gossamer Gear Hip Belt Pockets

I am going to get a pair of hip belt pockets for my Mairposa Plus.

For those that are using these hip belt pockets, what size pocket are you using?

I am thinking either the small or med would work best for me to carry small stuff. Camera, compass, chapstick, headlamp etc….
