I was wondering if the silicon ceramic coating on the the Evernew Ti pots was safe. I am getting rid of my old Alum. teflon pot because of the recent issues with teflon. But I cant find any info on this ceramic coating from evernew.

Likely a microsocopic coating of SiO2 or something similar… aka Glass or Pyrex or Corning Ware… if you trust these to be non-toxic so is the coating.
any1 have more info on this topic?
