Thanks for sharing as I believe many that would like their “lady friends” to accompany them on their adventures………and are hesitant, may benefit from your efforts.
I appreciate you taking the time at the end of the video to answer my question as well as others. It gave me something further to think about. I tend to be an introspective person to begin with so the thought didn’t even occur to me that may I need to be more in attune to my wife in circumstances when things start to go less than ideal. I know in the past we have as a couple changed the way we backpack (me following her to keep the pace down… long legs) together to help also create a more enjoyable experience.
Weather is definitively a challenge in our area because the mid Atlantic is known for ever changing conditions especially in the best backpacking areas outside of summer.
