I just bought one of these and am interested in knowing how one might use this as a shelter for regular camping, not just an emergency situation. Perhaps the setup would be similar to other tarps of the same size (5'x7'), but this only has grommets at the corners. It's not the lightest thing in the world (12oz) but if it can replace other items in the pack, it might be a-ok.
Feel free to direct me to another thread if one already exists.
I'm new to tarp camping in general, so maybe I should just check those general threads to find my answer. But Any first hand experience with this product would be appreciated.
