So I am in the market for a new UL pack. I just tried out the SMD Starlite but I feel like its missing the mark a little bit for me. I wanted to try out the ULA Circuit, but the ULA website says they wont be shipping through December! I was wondering if anyone knew of another place to purchase one…
I tried Mt Rogers Outfitters (says the only have a small). I need a Medium Torso and Small Hipbelt.http://www.mountaincrossings.com/ only sells the Catalyst…
Anyone know of another online retailer that sells ULA Equipment? Thanks in advance!

Seems like there was another store on the AT that stocked them, when I remember the name, I'll post it. Otherwise, it's buy used or wait until December. And ULA closes from August to December every year.

Harper's Ferry Outfitter's (West Virginia) occasionally stock ULA packs I bought my Catalyst from them. Worth a try, perhaps.

Does Bluff Mountain Outfitters in Hot Springs NC not carry them anymore? I bought my Catalyst there a few years ago during one of the many ULA downtimes. I think it was one of the last ones in the country, and it was my weird size! I got really lucky with that one.

So, give Wayne a call.

My Circuit is a medium torso with a small hipbelt.

The belt has two pockets. I don't know the model year but others here may help with that. Mine has the hoop for a frame, a thin, sewn-on upper back pad, and velcro behind the lower back pad that makes the hipbelt removable. There are two tabs inside for the water bladder and a sewn hole for the straw. There are two tool loops aligned with two handle tie straps of large velcro.

This pack is made strong for hauling extra water across dry areas. I'm embarrassed to say it is not my favorite, but it is my strongest, light pack. I prefer a pack with a pad sleeve that I can pull out for a sit pad. At my age, I sit more often than you younger folks.
