After a weekend of sliding on slick rocks and boulders going to Mt LeConte, I need recs for the best hiking boots for wet rocks. I currently have a pair of Merrells but the going was very precarious.

Hey!

I've been having some good luck with the Asolo Power Matic 200 GV. They work well on stream crossings and I used them to get my butt up to Camp Muir on Rainier with a pack full of "rock skis" and gear on the 4th of July. I think it weighed in about 50lbs

I was the only one who wasn't slipping and sliding on the way down and also the only one who made it back with dry feet.
