    A bit long but I thought some might be interested. I'll post after I return Tuesday if I had any left over or if I was wishing for more…

    Day 1- 5 miles, 2,800ft. elevation drop- 10.7 ounces- 1,240 calories

    Snacks-740 cal.
    Swiss Cheese 1.5 oz
    Turkey Jerky, Honey Teryaki 1 oz
    Ritz crackers-5 .7 oz.
    Sam’s Choice Peanut Butter Pretzels 1.8 oz.
    Sam’s Choice Cajun Trail Mix 1.3 oz.

    Dinner-500 cal.
    Nissin Tomato Basil Pasta (2 serving) 4.4 oz.

    Day 2- 9.3 miles, 1,800ft. elevation gain 22.3 ounces, 2,541 calories

    Breakfast- 448 cal.
    Oatmeal- 1 serving- 1.8 oz.
    Breakfast drink w/ 1 pkt. Carnation Instant B-fast, 1 tsp Coffee, 1 tbs. Nido whole milk 1.2 oz.
    Tang- 2 servings- 1.1 oz.

    Snacks & Lunch- 1,373 cal.
    Cheese/Jerky/Crackers 3.2 oz.
    PB Pretzels 1.8 oz.
    Trail Mix 1.3 oz.
    Fiber One Chocolate Mocha bar 1.6 oz.
