I'm looking to make an internal frame for an Ion-sized pack, aluminum or carbon, I don't even know if one is better for this purpose or the other, something super-strong & light. Also designs of frames, sources, techniques, paneling, stays, any information at all on how to make your own professional quality internal frame will be helpful!
