I have just done my first day hike after being ill for a while with pneumonia and a cracked rib.
It's good to be back in training after a few months recovering. To celebrate, I took delivery of an Integral Designs Siltarp2, 10×8, which will be my go to tarp for below tree line hikes. Excellent quality tarp, from first impression.
Here's the set- up with a Six Moon Designs Serenity tent net. Plenty of room under there.
Disclaimer- I've tried a smaller tarp, but it just wasn't for me.
I can't wait to get back into shape and into those Pyrenees. Six weeks holiday coming up!!
cheers,
fred -
