I was wondering if anyone had any tips or info that might be helpful. i am doing a solo trip at mineral king ca. this weekend fom fri to monday. i guess it is like 30 miles of ups and downs. i am in ok shape. pack is 23 lbs. loaded. any tips. thanks. jason
