Just got my exos 58 (size small). Tag says it weighs 1 lb, 15 oz. Actual weight is 2 lb, 7 oz.
Does anyone know the actual weight on the exos 46? The exos 58 is huge.

A quick look on Osprey's website lists the Exos 58 (Small) as 2 lbs 7 oz, exactly what you measured. Not sure why the tag says something completely different.
Also according to Osprey's website, the 46 in small is 2 lbs 3 oz, which I would take as accurate. I haven't seen the 58, but the 46 is pretty big – I could easily do multi-day trips with it.

I got a Medium Exos 46. Total weight of the pack is 37.0z. The removable lid weighs 3.75oz.
The tag on mine also had the wrong weight.
I previously asked via e-mail correspondence the difference between their weight listed on the Osprey Website and the weight on the actual pack tag…..their response was that the tags were printed reflecting the prototype/preproduction weight which was considerably less and that the weight on their website reflects the correct production model weight…
I had an Exos 34 which weighed more than the tag reflected; but was exactly 2lbs as stated on the website.
