Here's my first Aid kit. Weight is about 3oz

AlokSak
Band Aids -assorted
Moleskin
Ibuprofin
Compression Wrap
antibiotic ointment
tweezers
2' duct tape= multi-use (on trekking poles)

Also toss in Poison Oak wipes if that's an issue where I'm hiking.

Only thing I have that you don't is the tweezers, and compression wrap, which I figure doubles as guaze for a big cut/scrape. I also carry floss + needle for emergnecy gear repair that I suppose I could use to stitch myself up if I didn't pass out thinking about it first.

There's really only so much self-care that you can do out in the woods.

Ahhh, I knew I was forgeting something.. Duct tape! I forgot to throw some in my kit. I didn't include tweezers because there are some small ones in my swiss army knife, but a compression wrap wouldn't be a bad idea for me to include.
