The gigapower has far lower emissions than the MSR according to BPL testing. Safer for in a tent/vestibule.

I purchased a PR about a month after it first became available. I have used it steadily ever since, mostly for bike touring and backpacking and hiking in fairly moderate temperatures. I have had no problems with bending pot supports, unstable pots or CO, but I rarely cook inside a tent, or anything else. I wil continue to enjoy it in blissful ignorance, but if I were buying new, I would look at the newer models.

If you ask me, the differences are rather minor (with the exception of CO emissions, but how reliable are the data that we have available?)
