I'm 5'10" (on a good day) and occasionally break 200-lb., with a 43- or 44-inch chest. Most sizing charts (including Backcountry.com's) place me at the bigger end of a Large. I've heard that Mont-bell runs small. Should I get an XL?

Rats. I had pretty much written off Montbell, due to a poor customer-service experience, but this price is tempting me. It's even cheaper than the Patagonia down sweater, which I've been considering.

I would get XL. I am 6foot and 185#. MB Inner jacket in Large is just right for me.

They are now only showing up at 20% off. Must have been a short lived discount.

Just got my UL Down Inner Jacket, size XL, and it fits me like a glove. Actually, a better metaphor would be "it fits me like it is painted on." Wow. There is No Way that I would fit into a large. Those Japanese sizes sure run small…

I just ordered this jacket. It was $144 last week, dropped down to $130, then $101. But, since I went through Bing.com I got another $25 off. Now it is only $76…almost half off?!

Too bad Bing cashback only works for the US, I got all excited to do some ordering and saw the FAQ…very sad
