Pro's and Con's of each? Differences? Which would you recommend for a quilt and why?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi,

Both are a poor pick, go with Climashield XP.

It is worth the little bit of extra money if any.

I'd second Bill on the Climashield; I like the Combat version at Thru-Hiker. I wouldn't say that Polarguard is a bad option; it's a little heavier and bulkier than the Climashield, but both of these are continuous filament insulations. I've had pretty rotten luck with the durability of Primaloft, it seems to pack down more prematurely than other synthetics.

    Hi,

I should have added Combat along with XP. You can pick one or the other based on the ounce per sq yard type of insulation you are looking for.
