That's also pretty fragile… I deliberately didn't finish the 'poly', as I'm not sure what polymer it is; very thin, quite crinkly. I suspect polyester. The recycle code is 7, which would tally with mixed plastics. The foam is very thin, but almost certainly polythene.
I'll look to see if there's a trade name on it, but I suspect it's likely to be equipment manufacturer's printing. And almost certainly far eastern source.
