Hey guys. I am planning a backpacking trip in the needles area in southern Utah starting Sunday (the day before memorial day) and ending on saturday. However, I am really worried that the park will be packed, crowded, and unpleasant. If anybody has experience in this area during this time, please tell me if it is zoo-like or not. Alternatively, could anybody suggest another area in Southern Utah that will be more secluded and proper for a week long backpacking trip.
