Hi,
I had my email address with you guys on my profile page, and started getting hounded by junk mail- Nigerians telling me I'd won over three billion dollars etc. All I had to do was send my personal info, you know the score…
I took my email address off my profile page and guess what, it stopped.
Has this happened to anybody else, or is it just me?

Not me.

But I get so much junk one more enlargement, fortune, or prescription hardly makes a dent.

Try 'stealthing' your email by spelling it out –
. greg at smgm dot org . is what is use.

Then see if Nigerian bankers still make offers.

Hi Fred,

A quick google search for your name, reveals that your email address is open to site scrapers at this site. You might ask them to remove it or do as Greg has suggested and spell it out.

Although, once your email address is in the hands of spammers, it may get passed around and harvested again and again. :(
