Lost Creek loop, Colorado

Which loop are you doing? Lost creek offers so many loops its a great place to go. If you are doing the Goose creek trail loop, I prefer counter clockwise.

Thanks – I have been that way up to the Shafthouse area and, based on your recommendation, will go back there and continue my 3 day trip counter clockwise.

I like going this way because your ascent is more gradual then clockwise which gives you more time to get your legs.
