Golite Ultra 20 quilt sizing (reg or long?)

Hey folks, I'm just under 6'1" and was thinking of giving the golite ultra 20 a go for temps down to 30F or so. Should I be getting the long version of the quilt, or is the regular generously-sized? I find I can fit in some regular 6' sleeping bags (eg marmot) but not others (eg WM). How is the length on the Golite?

ps. if it is touch-and-go I'd probably err on the side of caution and get the long, but it would be nice to save the extra weight!
