I am looking for a supplier who will custom cut lengths of Dacron/Polyester line for me. 50lb. test and 250lb. test preferably in black.
Unfortunately, all I have found so far are spools of 500' or 1,000'.
Know of any sources?

Did you try West Marine, I think they sell by the foot.
I bought 500' spools of 100lb and 250lb braided dacron kite line and have sold some of the surplus and have some more I would sell. But it is white.
$0.03/foot for the 100lb
$0.06/foot for the 250lb
plus postage
