Pack Suggestion for longer torso woman

Hi! I have a 19.5" torso as well and had success with matching up the Osprey Ariel harness with the Aether pack. My local outfitter could tell the womens medium pack wasn't sitting correctly with my long torso. So they moved the narrowed harness onto the mens pack and it fit the way it should. I have the Aether 70 and have been very happy with it. I have bony hips and shoulders as well and find the padding on the hipbelt to be quite nice and conforming, though if you wanted you could upgrade to the bioform belt from their Xenon series for the cushier hipbelt.
I don't know if Granite Gear packs go over 20" but might be worth checking into. Good luck in your search!
The Deuter ACT Zero 55+10 SL has the vari-quick system which goes up to 20". It weighs 3lbs 3oz. It's the pack I am wearing in my avatar.
Have you talked to any of the owners of places like Gossamer Gear, ULA, SMD, etc?
