Following some questions about the max height of the Rainbow,( in other forums, but I cannot post pictures there) I have taken some more shots to show you the tent at 110cm (43″) internal height. First I used a couple of small stones under the pole to gain a few centimeters, than the brick because we all know what they look like. I cannot see why anyone would want that height, but it can be done. With the stone method ( to simulate the freestanding height) the floor sits up a lot better to give that nice bathtub look. I am 173 cm tall (68″), the distance between my head and the top of the tent is 25 cm (10″).
Also a picture of both ends inside to show again the useable length, in either picture my head would not touch the wall. I like to emphasize the term useable because there are plenty of tents with a similar or longer footprint, but in practice nowhere as long. A final aerial shot as well.
Last night the minimum temperature was 22 c (72 F thanks Anon), I slept very comfortably in it, much prefer it to the noise and feel of the air conditioning.
PS To avoid misunderstandings, I shifted the mat in the two pictures to demonstrate the spare space you can have at either end not both.
