while reviewing my gear for an upcoming trip i saw my last bottle of Klearwater is about empty (still yellow after a year in the fridge!).
i quick search of the archives told me the reason i was having a hard time locating a bottle, so now i'm looking for an alternative. the beauty part is the pre-mix, and i'm just not finding another pre-mix out there. i have no experience with tabs or 2 part systems.
any suggestions that are light and relatively low cost?
Apr 23, 2009 at 11:17 am #1496501i decided to place a call to Xinix and left a message. Peter called me back and i have 2 bottles of Klearwater on the way. no substitute needed!

I recently sent a new email enquiry to XiniX and received a reply from them as well. I received three 32oz bottles this week!
The email is: [email protected]

Thanks,

Apr 30, 2009 at 6:12 pm #1498163I emailed Klear Water and, in their reply, they said they would ship 32oz bottles to me and then I could mail them a check or money order for the amount plus postage.
I would suggest that you email them and give them the number of bottles you want and your shipping address. Most likely they will just confirm in email and ship to you directly. I got mine in less than a week and the shipping cost was $2.70.
Apr 30, 2009 at 6:13 pm #1498164I wasn't clear about this… you don't have to mail the check until you actually receive the product.
May 1, 2009 at 10:52 am #1498316i better check to make sure my wife sent that out…
May 1, 2009 at 1:05 pm #1498353Xinix is pleased to back up and running making their product available to the hiking community again. I am in touch with them and will be restocking the BPL store with their product as soon as they can have it ready for me.
