A little while back, there was a posting that suggested small flasks from easytravelerflask.com to use instead of the hard-to-get Li'l Nipper. That seems reasonable, since the flasks are sold for (drinking) alcohol.
I got an 8 oz one and took it on the Rancheria trip this weekend. It was clear when I filled it with alcohol before the trip (Fri). It was clear on the trip. Overall, I used less than 1/2 the alcohol.
I am just getting around to emptying it (Tues afternoon) and the plastic looks pretty translucent now! Looking in through the spout, the alcohol looks clear (as best I can tell).
I'll wait to empty it in case there are any replies. I am not sure what this means. Comments? Anyone else have this experience?
