Thank you Katt, nice to see the tradition carried on! GGG 2025 gives me a great reason to return to CA and leverage my time there to see old friends and make new ones. I’m in the process of putting an off-grid residence on some acreage here in Michigan (GGG capital of the world) but I would love to attend. Please put me down as a definite maybe. Sounds like you’ve got it pretty much together, but I’d be happy to share notes from prior years if you like.
PS: Being warm and dry in the hot tent that Katt brought last year while conditions outside were cold, wet and storming was a revelation, and a lesson in weight worth carrying. What could have been miserable was instead comfortable, almost luxurious, by comparison. I acquired one, and a generic stainless steel backpackable wood stove, since then and have used it here in 5-6*F snowstorms. Amazing.
