I haven't ordered online from them but I've visited their store in Golden a few times. They are good people. I bought my Vapor Trail from them years ago before it was generally available in Denver. The sales person spent a lot of time with me and was patient as I brought all my gear into the store to try out in the pack. The people who work there are climbers and other backcountry users who know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate from buying from them again.
Their service, price, availability and delivery time have all been good by mail.

The times I've been to their shop in Golden, they have always been very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
