Roclite 318 – Womens Fit?

Any women with 'typical' low-volume, sorta-narrow heels wearing the 318's ?

My wife is looking for a Womens' gortex shoe in a Womens US 11/12 – or whatever that translates into.

I've been in 315's and 310's and like them a lot. But every shoe is different, so comments on trail experiences would be appreciated.
