Long time reader first time posting.I have a 2017 Arc Blast with about 1500 miles on it.This year had a lot of blow downs and more than usual bushwhacking which gave my back netting several holes.Any suggestions on how to repair? Thanks

You can use tenacious tape or cuben tape (something thin & flexible) – two pieces inside and outside stuck together.  Not very elegant, but it works perfectly well.
Netting is tough to repair. I don’t think tape works very well. If the rip isn’t too haggard and hard to access, you can sew it closed and that works well. Another option is to tie it closed using some really thin cord. For example, grab some 1mm black cord from Zpacks and use that to sew the rips shut. If there are rips everywhere though you’re kinda just nearing the end of it’s life.
I’ve used 2 part clear epoxy on mesh repairs. It doesn’t look pretty, but it works.
