I'm interested in getting a pair of these to use with vest as well as foot/leg warmer or pillow when its warm.

Does anyone know if they play nice with wool shirts?

They use omni tape which i think is gentler then hook and loop which destroys fine wool.

    Peter,

Facts….When the sleeves are connected, there is a 1 sq inch pad of Omnitape at the shoulder/neck center and a 1 sq inch pad of OT at the sternum…One side is against your vest, the other side against your wool shirt…. OT is a lot less agressive as traditional hook side velcro…

Opinion….I'd say it is a non issue for most folk, as we get lttle to no comment on it…But I'm biased.

    Thanks Jack,
My friend ordered a pair for me.
I figured i will be able to make something to put a buff between shirt and tape if need be.
