2 Day Pemi Loop (Fail)

I can’t see a report, only a 15-minute video.

My trip reports are videos. I asked Roger if video trip reports were acceptable and he confirmed. Would it be helpful if I put “(Video Only”) after the title so that people who are not interested in videos don’t waste a mouse click?

I don’t consider turning back in the face of lousy weather with 50 70 mph winds a “fail”. Rather that’s a “win”.

I recall talking to a fellow Nordic skier once in a warming hut. (for those unfamiliar with these skis, they’re extremely narrow with no metal edges. The only attachment is to your toe with a small metal clip.) Anyway, I was telling him about how I “failed” to take on a steep, icy run. “Ya know how your courage tells you to head on down but something else says, no?” He replied, “Yeah, that’s your common sense speaking”. True, dat.

Yeah the “fail” is mostly about me not wanting to call the video “2-day pemi loop” when I didn’t actually complete the loop. Truth in advertising I suppose. :-)
