This is one of the recipes I have done over the years. This one was a 2 person serving that I cut in half for one. It is adapted from our first book :-)

    Thai Style Peanut Noodles

    In a quart freezer bag:
1 3-ounce package ramen (no flavor packet)

In a small container or second bag:
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    11/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce (lower sodium if preferred)
    1/2 tsp dried onion
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp vinegar (rice preferred)

    FBC Method:
Bring 2 cups water to a near boil and take off the stove. Cover the noodles with around 1 1/2 cups, seal the bag tightly and put in a cozy for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water to the peanut mix, stirring in slowly till combined.
Drain the noodles, toss with the sauce.

    One pot method:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil in your pot. Take out 1/2 cup and set aside. Add the ramen and cook for 3 minutes. Drain off any remaining water.
Meanwhile add the 1/2 cup water to the peanut mix, stirring in slowly till combined.
Toss the drained noodles with the sauce.
    Serves 1.

I need to find the recipe I have and post it… I use the Thai powdered mix, rice noodles and coconut creme powder. Sar – it's the one you took the video of me for.

Thanks Sarah! I bought a 3 lb can of peanut butter powder and can use all the help I can get to help get rid of it. I'm working on a savory peanut butter energy bar, and if it works out I'll share.
