Interesting but heavy.

1.33 sq feet of pad weighing "under 8 oz" which usually means it weighs 7.99oz.
I'll call it 8. and a regular 3/4 sleeping pad is about 6.66 sq ft. or 5 times bigger – meaning about (5×8) 40 oz for this aerogel mat.

But I guess it would be nice to sit on.
Gossamer Gear sells their SitLight pad, about the same size as the polarwrap pad, and it weighs 1.3 oz. But the R factor is probably not as good.
