1 person long, dual colour w/ gorget and 8" draftstopper
I wanted a 60 deg. summer bag to use with my TG bivy, so I ordered the alpine upgrade but only used 1 layer of insulation instead of 2.
I also narrowed the width 6" from recommended because I am 6'2", 160 lbs. and built like a stick.
length – 90"
width – 49" ( down from 55" )
weight – 21.55 ozs.Mar 24, 2009 at 7:59 am #1488365looks good! About how long did it take you to make it?
Mar 24, 2009 at 7:48 pm #1488600about a week, sewing a few hours each nite after work. i really took my time lining things up and sewing a little at a time. i might try enlarging the footbox to make it a bit roomier and less pointed, maybe sew a circular piece on the bottom. for my first project though, i'm more than happy with the result. thanks
