Weight of Golite Quest lid?

Can any one tell me the weight of the lid on the Golite Quest. I'm wondering how much the Quest weighs without it.
Im in the market for a pack with a frame to handle 40lb loads, is good for winter, and can be stripped down some.
It seems the Quest and the 60L Cilogear packs are the best out there and the Quest can be had for far cheaper.

Can't help you, but the lid on a Exos 46 weighs 3.5 oz.

Im hoping removing the Quest lid can save a little more than that.
The Exos 46 is smaller and Golite has a good track record for being comfortable for me.
