I just received a pair of your poles for Christmas and was disappointed in finding that one of the springs sticks. The anti-shock system is engaged but it takes a second for the shock to work. The other side works well and pops right out after taking pressure off of it. Is there any way to fix this problem? I have the Ultralite TiCOR-TEC PA AS model. Thank you in advance for any help.

First of all I would contact Leki and see if I could get a replacement, if not I would take the pole apart and see if there was anything stuck in the spring.

check the Leki site, they may have a maintnence page

Leki has a good reputation for backing up their gear. If you can’t figure it out easily, I don’t think repair or replacement will be difficult at all if you contact them or your retailer.

Also check whether the threaded stud might be bent. I bent mine somehow and both the shock absorber and expansion joint would hang up. REI-Leki replaced the section and all was well (after three years of use).
