I have the version of this that was sold on SAC, with the 2.1L pot, and I believe the efficiency claims. Took it out last weekend, and you could see bubbles start in water after about a minute, and put your hands around the pot and barely feel heat. Woked fine @ 22 degrees too. Wish it was lighter, but I think you'd be able to carry less fuel.
