I'm sure this has been covered A LOT in the past here, but I'm not computer savvy enough to use the search function to look it up so please forgive.
A buddy of mine and myself are looking at trekking across Kodiak island this summer. As many of you know to say the weather is less than ideal there a lot of the time would be an understatement. I'm am seriously looking into getting eVent ID hooded jacket and pants. Before I do I was wondering how well they keep you dry when busting through soaking wet alders all day in the pouring rain. Also how well they will hold up when it gets dirty(does it breakdown somewhat like goretex) and how tough it is?? Will it rip/tear easily if hung up in the brush?
Thanks for any info.
