Wondering if someone could explain why I'm getting the following message: "This item cannot be purchased with prepurchasables," as seen in the following screen shot from my shopping cart. It appears the Aquaseal product is causing the issue, although the product page shows this item as being in stock.

There was an error in the Aquaseal product that was preventing you from buying those together. I've alleviated that problem so all should work as you planned. Thanks for pointing that out.

Sam, see if you can get the Aquaseal product and the Firesteel Scout (eg) both in your cart at the same time, minus the above error. This is still a problem for me, despite trying various browsers, shift-reload, etc.
