Howdy folks…
Michael Skwarczek (also on the site) and I went up for a quick snow trip in Icehouse Canyon below Mt. San Antonio (Baldy) last Friday…how sweet to be camping like this less than an hour out of Pasadena, CA.

Great quick UL winter trip, stayed pretty lightweight even with all sorts of comfort nonsense (a Rambo knife for splitting wood, whitegas stove, fresh veggies for my ramen, tofu, whiskey…).
Looking forward to more snow!!!!!
