Not bad. I'm currently using pack liners, which tend to weigh about twice that, and which seem to constrict the interior space due to the nature of having to stuff my gear in a waterproof nonbreathable bag inside the pack's main body. One thing I wonder about with a cuben pack cover is how the drawcord slot is sewn. What I have found with cuben fiber is if the seam is not taped or otherwise sealed, the stitch holes create a convenient line of perforations that's pretty easy to tear. How much force will the stitching take before ripping? This could be a concern for a pack cover if it were to, say, get caught on a tree branch, would the pack cover be able to pull past it, or would the stitching around the drawcord give out?
