OK, I couldn't stand it. S&C had these for a great price, so I bought one. Anyone done any weight reduction on these? I know the easy thing to do is loose the factory cozy and lid. I plan on drilling the rivets out and removing the sparker (may use it on the backyard grill, as big as it is). Any other ideas?
You could cut the pot down to the size you need. It was easier with the jetboil as it is so tall anyway. You can loose the rim without too much loss, especially if you are not using their lid.
