I wouldn’t call them walk through snow, but Cloudveil has the spinner pants made from InteriaPlus which is more of a 3 season material. I have been using a pair of these for 2 or maybe 3 years now. Personally, the added performance is’t worth the cost to me. When the die they will be replaced with supplex pants.
Beyondfleece used to do zipoff legs. Don’t see that on their website anymore, but I didn’t look very hard. You could send them email and ask.

I was thinking it was beyond also but I have tried to get through to Beyond for the last two week on their phone line to ask a few other questions but no one ever seems to be picking up and I am not in the same spot for 3 hours at a time so I don't want to leave a message.
