I ordered a bivy from them last Monday and haven't heard squat back. They were quick enough to pull the money from my account but no emails besides confirmation of purchase, and haven't replied to my email I sent this Monday asking what was up. Anyone else having a hard time getting a hold of them, or are they just kinda lax on responding to the emails?
I just ordered a couple sets of stakes from them last night. Haven't herd from them. Then again I have only been waiting one day. I hope that they get there shipping out soon. I've been waiting for months for there stakes to come back in stock.
I just sent them an email for info and got an almost immediate response.
DJ is running the operation close to single handed and is doing an excellent job. He does check emails, but not as frequently as many would hope. Be assured that he will respond and that he is honest and a "straight shooter". I can't even begin to tell you all that he has done for me in the way of customer service… among the very best that I've EVER encountered.
Same as above, no reason for panic…It's probably already shipped, he just hasn't had time to e-mail a response. I wouldn't worry.
