Just wondering?? are you day hiking or backpacking? I did not see a shelter or a sleep system. What about a simple first-aid kit? Never forget the TEN essentials.

No that was just a day trip.
I used to bring more first aid items in the past but you're never very far away from help in Europe and I never needed first aid anyway.
Yeah…. until you need it
I have to say yo are pushing your luck. You can bleed to death before the MRT come the eight miles to help you, and that is if someone alerts them to where you are. Don't think you are invulnerable, your not.
