I need to change out the tips on a pair of SWIX Carbon poles. straight out pulling the tips doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Mike. I just did one, so have some recent experience. They are put on with hot glue, so all you have to do is remove the basket and insert the tip in a pan of boiling water for a few minutes to loosen the glue. When you pull it out of the water, dry it off, pull off the old tip, slide on the new one, and hold it in place for a minute. There will be enough glue left to hold the new one. Have fun.
