Nite-Ize Rope Tensiones

i must say they work well. i used the smallest size this w/e on my tarp with the nano-guyline from BPL store. it held fine even tho the line is smaller than the rated 1/16" figure 9. they are so light it you can carry a spare.

They really do work great. A set of 8 weighs about 1 ounce, and the completely eliminate knots in guy lines. They make setting camp a breeze, and tightening cords really easy.

I agree that they work great. I like tying knots, and can usually manage a truckers hitch, but the nite-ize is smoother and easier and allows you to finish the knot under tension.

A medium size would be nice. The large is pretty large and heavy. The smalls are really small and light. I managed to bend a small just slightly setting up a high line for my tarp. The tarp was set up as a windblock though in pretty strong wind, and I had pulled that as tight as it could go. Even bent, it still works fine, but there is a limit to how much tension the smalls can handle.
