I picked up the five disc set at closeout at Gander Mt and cannot figure out how to use the darn thing. Disc one goes in and sets up the program, but how do you access the maps on the different cd's? Anyone know how to use this thing? I have the one for NY and NJ
Hi Kevin. Try this:
1) Open the application.
2) Go to map zoom level 1, if not already there.
3) On the national map, click on NY/NJ to zoom in until a dialog box pops up.
4) Follow the prompts to copy the state data CD's to the hard drive.
That done, you should now be able to zoom in to map levels 4 and 5, which are what's contained on the state series CD-ROMS.
