Because of the normal post-holiday rush, closing down the warehouse for a bit in the aftermath of Blake Morstad’s death, and an unusually high number of technical support requests, BPL Staff is in the process of catching up on customer support email – thank you for your patience, and we should have all requests addressed in the next few days!
