I use to wear Medium for the upper body(Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear, MEC).
I heard that many like to wear one size larger for Golite product.
Are your recommending a Large for the Golite Momentum Softshell jacket?

I will then reply to my own post as nobody can ;)
I called Golite and they let me know that they change their sizing chart late 2005.
Until then they have alot of Momemtum Jacket in black (Night) left and they recommand to order one size up.
Just to let you know that Prolitegear has some Momemtum jacket (M and L in Night) for $188 instead of the regular price of $249.
no exp. w/Momentum Jacket. Wisp and Ether should be ordered one size up – IME (in my experience).
